What You’ll Do
 
  • CUSTOMER & CLIENT SUPPORT 
    • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, tenants, vendors, and visitors. 
    • Process pending registrations and research/respond to “Contact Us” submissions in the management software. 
    • Provides support for all walk-in clients, tenants, and vendors with questions and service needs. 
    • Accept payments and provide receipts as needed. 
    • Respond promptly and professionally to all client interactions. 
    • Assists as requested with the phone queue which includes: 
    • Screening and direct incoming calls; take messages and ensure accurate documentation in the management software. 
    • Assists as requested in managing, responding to, and forwarding emails that are received through the info mailbox. 
    • All other duties as assigned 

  • OFFICE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT 
    • Open, date-stamp, sort, and distribute daily mail. 
    • Receive and distribute packages to the appropriate department. 
    • Log, research and process returned mail. 
    • Run appropriate postage and distribute faxes to designated email recipients. 
    • Proofread and edit materials to support professional, high-quality communications. 
    • All other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Schedule
  • This position is 100% in-office and requires the employee to be physically present at a designated desk in the office five (5) days per week, during standard business hours 
Physical Effort
  • Frequent interruptions and shifting priorities. 
  • Work performed primarily in a typical office environment. 
  • Prolonged periods of working at a computer and speaking on the phone. 
  • Ability to sit for extended periods. 
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs. (accommodations available).
